NZ Animals - About us.

The idea for the NZ Animal website was started when looking on the web for animal related services or businesses. We could use Google, however we usually had to know in advance what businesses we were looking for. Usually I found that one website was able to be found by using one phrase/wording, while another similar business used different wording on their website site, so was not able to be found.

The idea for a NZ animal website, was born.

Starting from pet-stores, I started to look, I soon found that looking for veterinarians was much easier and started to build the website. I also branched off and started adding other animal-related businesses that I found along the way.

The goal is to design a one-stop shop for people to find animal-related businesses or services in New Zealand.

Services Listed.

When businesses are located on Google, information is added to our website for the services that are clearly indicated as being on offer.

If you offer additional services, please contact us to add them to the directory instead of cluttering up your own website. Please refer to our Help pages for more information.

Pet friendly places.

There are cafes, restaurants, hotels and motels that do allow pet owners to bring along their furry family members. We started a new section for Pet Friendly places to promote these places.

Please use the login, or add a business sections of these websites to advise us of a new business not currently listed.

Communication.

We do have a Facebook page for our main communication with members where you can ask questions, and a Facebook group as well.
